Dog versus Bird series

This series of work started in 2008 and is ongoing. The paintings are all oil on Hessian canvas which is mounted to wooden panels.
The landscapes depicted in these works depict the areas of Port Chalmers especially the area close to the studio, locally know as Back Beach.
